As a Marketing Vice President, Ricardo was known for his exceptional ability to define bold strategies and execute them with excellence. He quickly earned the trust of agencies, partners, and customers, becoming a key stakeholder in the eyes of top executives at some of the world's most respected organizations.


Most recently, he led cross-functional teams on the relaunch of Russell Athletic, where he reimagined the brand strategy and evolved its purpose to better connect with youth, lifestyle, and cultural marketing.
